Unused keys

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the key has not been activated or used.

Keys that do not work

If a key does not activate, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error. After checking, we replace the key or refund the order, at any time.

E-Mail support@idle-keys.com with your order number. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
