How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed, your license key is sent by email to the address entered at checkout. The email also contains the download link and activation instructions. The key is shown on your order confirmation page and in your account.

Delivery time

Most keys are sent right after payment is confirmed. Some orders need a manual check and can take longer. If you have not received your key within a few hours, check your spam folder and contact us with your order number.

Wrong email address

If you entered a wrong email address, contact us from the correct address with your order number and we will resend the key.
